### Who is FleetMinder for?

### Does FleetMinder track where my vehicles are?

No. FleetMinder does not use GPS and there's nothing to install. It tracks maintenance, mileage, and paperwork. Drivers send in their mileage through a link on their phone.

### Do my drivers need an app or an account?

No. When it's time to send in mileage, FleetMinder automatically texts and emails each driver their own link. They open it on their phone, enter the mileage or report a problem, and that's it. No download and no password.

### Does FleetMinder know my vehicle's maintenance schedule?

Not on its own. You set the reminders you want, like an oil change every 5,000 miles or tires every 6 months. Your owner's manual or your mechanic can tell you what makes sense.

### Can I bring in my vehicle spreadsheet?

Yes. Upload your vehicle list as a CSV file. Excel and Google Sheets can both save as CSV. You can also download your records as a spreadsheet anytime.

### How do reminders reach me?

By email. You get an email when something is coming due and a summary once a week. Your drivers get their mileage reminders by text and email.

### Does FleetMinder handle DOT, ELD, or IFTA compliance?

No. FleetMinder is for keeping up with maintenance and paperwork. It does not do DOT compliance, ELD logs, or IFTA fuel tax reporting.

### How much will FleetMinder cost?

### Is my information safe?

We only use your information to run FleetMinder, and we never sell it. Your records are private to your business. You can download them anytime or ask us to delete them.
