# FleetMinder

> FleetMinder is simple web software that helps small businesses with about 5 to 30 vans, trucks, or cars and no fleet manager keep up with vehicle maintenance, mileage, service history, and registration and insurance renewals. It is not open yet. There is a free waitlist at https://fleetminder.app. The site is available in English and Spanish.

## What FleetMinder does

- Maintenance reminders by date or by miles. The owner sets them. There are no built-in manufacturer schedules.
- FleetMinder automatically texts and emails each driver a link when it's time to send in mileage. No app, no password, optional odometer photo.
- Service history for each vehicle with date, shop, cost, notes, and receipt photos.
- Driver problem reports with photos, kept open until fixed.
- Storage for registrations, insurance cards, and driver's licenses, with email reminders before they expire.
- Shows who drives each vehicle now and who drove it before.
- Email reminders to the owner and a weekly summary email.
- CSV import and export. Team members such as an office manager or lead tech.

## What FleetMinder does not do

- No GPS, telematics, trackers, or hardware.
- No native mobile app. It works in a web browser on phone or computer.
- No fuel cards, work orders, or accounting integrations.
- No DOT, ELD, or IFTA compliance features.

Plumbing and HVAC, Electricians and contractors, Landscaping and lawn care, Cleaning services, Pest control, Local delivery and couriers, Nonprofits and churches with a few vehicles.

Pricing is not set. People are let in from the waitlist in small groups. Joining is free.
